This document governs the terms of service, personal data protection policies, and the use of cookies on the fana.design website.
The contractual relationship between the Provider and the client is established based on a written order, confirmed by both parties (via email or other verifiable means). The order includes specifications of the scope of work, price, and delivery deadline.
The Provider will deliver the work within the agreed deadline, provided that the client supplies the necessary materials and cooperation in a timely manner. In case of client delay in providing materials, the delivery deadline is proportionally extended.
The work created by the Provider is a copyrighted work under Czech Act No. 121/2000 Coll. Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the work for the purpose for which it was created. The Provider reserves the right to display the work in their portfolio as a reference.
The Provider is responsible for defects in the work for a period of 6 months from delivery. Claims must be made in writing to info@fana.design. Defects do not include changes caused by the client's or third party's intervention in the code, changes in the hosting environment, or obsolescence of third-party technologies.
The data controller of your personal data is the Provider (see section 1). We process personal data for the following purposes:
