• Security monitoring: vulnerability checks, security patches, suspicious activity monitoring. Regular malware scanning and file integrity verification.
• Uptime monitoring: automatic website checks every 5 minutes. Immediate notification in case of downtime, and I start investigating the cause right away.
• Backups: regular automatic backups of files and database with history. Restoration to a previous state within minutes.
• Performance monitoring: ongoing Core Web Vitals measurement, loading speed, and server performance. Immediate intervention if metrics degrade.
• SSL certificates: management and renewal of SSL certificates to keep the website secure.
• Minor content updates: text changes, image replacements, adding new sections. Small adjustments are included in the monthly plan.

Can I cancel maintenance at any time?

Yes. The agreement is open-ended with a one-month notice period. No long-term commitments, no cancellation penalties. I'll hand over complete documentation and access credentials so you can continue on your own or with another provider.

What if I need an urgent fix outside business hours?

Critical issues (website downtime, security incidents) are handled at no extra charge within the maintenance plan, including outside regular business hours. For monitored websites, I learn about outages automatically, usually before you do.

Do you maintain websites you didn't build?

Yes. I perform an initial audit, familiarize myself with the technology and structure, and take over maintenance. For CMS-based websites (WordPress, Joomla, etc.), the transition is typically seamless. For more complex custom solutions, a brief transition period may be needed.
